- Canadian Pacific: Mail the completed form to BTS within three Federal government business days after the phone call.
Union Pacific: Mail the completed form to BTS within three calendar days, not counting weekends and Federal Holidays, from the date of the phone call.
New Jersey Transit. Mail the completed from to BTS at the address listed on the report within three calendar days of the event.
- An analyst will conduct a phone interview with you.
- If the event qualifies as a close call, BTS will de-identify all personal and carrier information in the report to provide confidentiality.
