C³RS — Identifying Safety Risks in Railroad Operations

A Confidential Close Call Reporting System to improve railroad safety: C³RS is a partnership between railroad carriers, railroad labor organizations, and the Federal Railroad Administration (FRA).

FRA is sponsoring a demonstration project to evaluate the effectiveness of C³RS.
